Pokemon Legends Arceus implements a new feature, inspired by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you can now gather resources while you’re out on your adventure to use for crafting.
You can use your Pokemon to knock berries from trees, mine stones from ore deposits, and can also collect various plants and more while exploring the Hisui region.
On top of that, you will often receive such resources from NPCs for progressing the main story or completing optional requests. All of these things require space in your Satchel, which has limited inventory slots. Bear in mind that you also need to use this space to carry any items you’ve crafted, too!
Well, you can upgrade your Satchel to carry more items, though this is done in a very weird way. Rather than getting a bigger bag, you can buy information from an NPC called Bagin, who teaches you how to better utilise the space in your Satchel, so that you can carry more items.
Where to Find Bagin
Bagin will actually approach you once you reach a certain point in the story. After you complete the main mission titled “Summoned by Captain Kamado,” your next objective will be to go and investigate the Grandtree arena.
As you’re leaving Galaxy Team’s Headquarters, Bagin will call you over.
From that point on, you can find him next to the left staircase inside Galaxy Team’s Headquarters for the remainder of the game.
How to Increase Satchel Size
Bagin will offer his “teachings” at a cost, which increases with each Inventory Slot you purchase. The first slot will just cost you a mere ₽100 but across the 37 available upgrades, you will need to spend an incredible ₽4,199,500!!
Buying every upgrade will leave you with a full 60 inventory slots but there’s no reward for finding them all or anything along those lines.
